2.2 Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Return Process

3.2 Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to prevent any damage during transit. Include all original components, manuals, and accessories.
3.3 Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received. Nicole Victor is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
3.4 Address: Please ship your return to the address provided by our customer support team. Do not send your return to the manufacturer or any other address not specified by Nicole Victor.
4. Refunds
